Police project to file complaints against a 57-year-old man who was wearing clearly underwear in frigid temperatures when he hopped on the hood of his girlfriend's moving car over an argument. Police suffer yet to identify the man or his 28-year-old girlfriend, alleging they will release the names after properties type out how bills to file.Police got dubbed virtually 3:20 a.m. Thursday by one reporting a man riding on the hood of a car, screaming at the woman driving it.
The woman had a bruise short of her left eye and police alleged properties at last found drug paraphernalia in the car.
